Capitol Kölsch A German style ale originally brewed in the western German city of Cölogne. 18% wheat malt, the finest German hops, and our pure yeast strain ensure a truly authentic beer characterized by a mild sweetness rounded out by restrained hop dryness. OG/FG (°Plato) – 11°/1.5°, 5% abv
Pale Rider Ale An American style Pale Ale brewed with English pale and German Munich malts and hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo varieties makes this beer perfect for all hopheads. A floral nose with a smooth finish; it’s just another reminder of why it’s so good to be an American. OG/FG (°Plato) – 15.5°/4.5°, 6% abv
Amber Waves Ale An American amber ale with loads of Cascade aroma hops from the famed Yakima valley on America’s west coast and a healthy malt bill to support them. Initially bitter and finally sweet. WINNER; GOLD 2005, SILVER 2006 Great American Beer Festival. OG/FG (°Plato) – 13°/3.5°, 5.1% abv
Irish Dry Stout An Irish style stout brewed with lots of roasted and flaked barley for a full body, big roasted flavor, and dry finish. Dark and unfiltered. OG/FG (°Plato) – 10°/1.5°, 4.5%abv Vienna Lager An unfiltered, Marzen style German Lager. This beer was brewed back in December, lagered for an additional two months and tapped just in time for an early spring. A malty aroma gives way to a pleasantly bitter, medium bodied lager followed by a full malt character and crisp finish. OG/FG (°Plato) – 13°/2.8°, 5.5% abv
