Signature Brews

Blackout Stout

British brewers attempting to create a 'nutritious' beverage began to add oatmeal to the grist, and eureka!..out came a stunning oatmeal stout. Our version is very full bodied with an almost silky feel. This is a semi-sweet stout that is balanced with the coffee roastiness at the finish.

Saint Adrian's Alt

A beer popular in Dusseldorf and its vicinity, the word 'alt' or 'old' refers to the traditional method of ale fermentation used prior to the introduction of the 'new' lager fermentation. Our bronze colored version is well balanced between hop bitterness and malt flavors. A pleasant smoky finish rounds of this Alt. The beer is named after St. Adrian who was the patron saint of beer.

Bull Run Bitter

The principal style of ale enjoyed in Britain, our version is copper colored, medium to light in body with a pleasant hop character in the finish. Named after the American Civil War battle, this is one 'bitter' experience' you will enjoy.

Nut Brown Ale

The English rival to the Pale Ale, our version replicates the famous brown ales of Newcastle-On-Tyne. Nut Brown Ale is reddish brown in color, medium to full bodied, malt accented with a roasted nutty finish.

In addition to our signature beers, our brewer's prepare an ever changing variety of seasonal and specialty brews. Offered periodically throughout the year, some of our specialty beers are our Nut Brown Ale, Blackout Stout, Bull Run Bitter, and Saint Adrian's Alt. We also brew beers that are typically associated with particular seasons. These include:

SPRING - Marzen Lager / MaiBock / Belgian Saison
SUMMER - Hefeweizen / Fruit Beers / American Wheat
FALL - Pumpkinator Ale / Oktoberfest Lager / Harvest Ale
WINTER - Imperial Stout / Helles Bock / Doppelbock

Our seasonal and specialty brews vary by location and are only limited by the creativity our our brewers.
