German golden ale, filtered, light bodied lager like characteristic from cooler fermentation temp. Clean and crisp with a dry finish. 5.0% ABV

Amber Waves

American red ale, filtered, medium bodied, well balanced with a nice malty middle and finishes with an assertive hop character. 5.6% ABV 2006 Silver Medal, 2005 Gold Medal Winner GABF

Pale Rider

American style pale ale, filtered, medium/full bodied, highly hopped character with a nice bitterness and aroma. 6.1% ABV

Prohibition Porter

Dark, roasty ale, unfiltered, medium bodied and nice hop presence to balance the dark malt flavor. 5.3% ABV

Hefeweizen

Unfiltered German whetenat ale brewed with 50% German wheat malt,. Unique yeast strain lends a banana and clove aroma. Flavor is of bread with a pronounced yeast flavor. Hazy and awesome. 5.2% ABV

Cherry Blossom Ale

Medium to light bodied beer made with 336 punds of real fresh cherries. This distinctive brew is low hopped, creating a sensational cherry taste and aroma. 5.5% ABV.

Irish Red Ale

Lightly hopped and easy to drink, our IRA is a medium bodied, unfiltered ale containing caramel malts with the first sip and a hint of chocolate malt in the aftertaste. 5.7% ABV

Irish Dry Stout

Light bodied, dark brown hued ale with a roasted bitter taste. Made with roasted and flaked barley, this version of an Irish classic dries out completely in the finish making it highly drinkable. 4.0% ABV

Shirlington Dirty Blonde

Medium to light bodied, American style ale. Bring in the Spring season with this easy drinking and slightly fruity ale. Delicately dry hopped with American northwest hops to add a light hop aroma. 5.3% ABV
