Cherry Blossom Ale will be on tap by March 26th. Fermented with a smooth Belgian yeast and mellow English hops, this light ale was finished with 240 lbs of pureed Oregon-grown cherries.

Also, our Maibock is in the fermenting tanks and aging nicely. Due out in late April, this spring seasonal has a dark straw/golden color and a pleasant malty aroma. Vienna, Munich and Wheat malts were used to brew this 6.6% Lager”

We serve a weekly rotating cask at our Shirlington location only.

2010 Barley Wine
An unfiltered, dark brown to deep ruby colored English-style barley wine. Hints of prune, apricot, and toasted malt in the nose and flavor. Full bodied ale. 8.5% ABV 10oz goblets

Amber Waves
American red ale, filtered, medium bodied, well balanced with a nice malty middle and finishes with an assertive hop character. 5.3% ABV 2006 Silver Medal, 2005 Gold Medal Winner GABF

Bock ’n Roll
Full bodied, unfiltered strong German dark lager. Amber/ruby in color with the aroma offering notes of caramel and toasted nuts. Bready tones dominate the middle while it finishes very smooth. 7.2% ABV

Cali Classic
Medium bodied, classic West Coast style American Pale Ale. We dry hopped this with a combination of 10 lbs Simcoe, Columbus and Palisade. Dry hopping is usually done after or during fermentation, this process imparts aroma and flavor to a beer without any additional bitterness. 5.5% ABV

Capitol Kölsch
German golden ale, filtered, light bodied lager like characteristic from cooler fermentation temp. Clean and crisp with a dry finish. 4.8% ABV

Cream Ale
Light colored, filtered ale brewed with corn and barley malt to give a clean finish and light body. Light hops and smooth taste give this beer superb drinkability for an ale. 5% ABV

Irish Dry Stout
Dark, unfiltered stout. Hearty roasted malt flavor and aroma with a slight bitterness lent from the roasted barley and generous hopping. Low alcohol makes for an easy drink. This style is the most common style of stout. 4.2% ABV

Irish Red Ale
Dark red, unfiltered Irish style red ale. Strong caramel aroma and slight toasted malt sweetness. Lightly hopped to make for a very smooth pint. An easy pleaser. 5.5% ABV

Pale Rider
American style pale ale, filtered, medium/full bodied, highly hopped character with a nice bitterness and aroma. 6.1%ABV

Prohibition Porter
Dark, roasty ale, unfiltered, medium bodied and nice hop presence to balance the dark malt flavor. 5.3% ABV

Strawberry Wheat
Light bodied wheat based ale, fermented with our Kolsch yeast. 252 lbs. of fresh pureed, seedless strawberries were added post fermentation. This ale is sure to have you wishing for summer! 5.8% ABV

Twenty Ten
Full bodied, English style Barleywine. Big malty presence with hints of raisins and prunes- low hopped. Lingering malty sweetness. Served in 10oz goblets only. 10% ABV
